Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)

We embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business. Our team members, leaders, and stakeholders reflect and connect with the diverse customers and communities we serve. Everyone is valued and encouraged to be their true and authentic selves at work.

Why DE&I Matters to Us

Did you know that many employees believe DE&I plays a role in their company’s success? Seventy-eight percent of the workforce says it’s important to work for an organization that prioritizes diversity and inclusion, including 58 percent who say it’s “very important.”1

1Findings from a Momentive study conducted April 8–18, 2021.

Our DE&I Council

Our DE&I Council is comprised of senior leadership and team members representing diverse backgrounds and roles. The council is committed to operationalizing our DE&I roadmap which focuses on three key areas: Workforce, Workplace, and Communication.
